Our blood carries the healing properties of the immune system and if we have stiffness or are recovering from injuries, toxins collect within the tissues, further restricting blood flow. Over time the range of motion in the joints continue to diminish as we age and the body becomes increasingly inflexible. Another layer of the diminished range of motion is that the physical body is intertwined with our emotional experiences. Our life history as experienced from an emotional perspective becomes hard wired in the central nervous system to the physical body. Emotional and physical rigidity increases the possibility of other health challenges as you age. While gaining structural stability, you will sense a deeper relaxation and release of accumulated emotional and physical stress, chronic pain and fatigue. This meditative approach in suspension promotes balance and harmony by challenging your life force and the body’s own healing intelligence. The focus and goal is to uncover the blocked energy and harmonize with the natural flow.

Private sessions seamlessly weave together many disciplines as well as myofascial, neuromuscular, shiatsu and much more into an intuitive transformative experience. We treat the body as a whole system, move blocked energy and balance it out. I always encourage self-empowerment to increase your own healing potential while simultaneously strengthening unused muscles. Reserve your session and experience the difference.
