WHY PRIVATE TRAINING?

If this is your first time, recovering from an injury or have hit a plateau in your workouts and need something fresh, a personalized training is perfect for you.

We retrain movement patterns & utilize diaphragmatic breathing, unlock the energy channels through gentle spinal cord stimulation or deep tissue manipulation enabling subtle and direct changes in the mind as well.

Results are increased self awareness, agility and strength as we bring everything back to balance.  Then you can flow in a group setting confidently & securely for maximum benefit.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Please arrive with an empty stomach, hydrated and preferably with a cotton shirt that cover the underarms since you will be activating & draining the lymph nodes during training.
